Problems with an order
Everything is baked after you order, so we keep this simple.
If your order arrives damaged, too late to enjoy, or not what you ordered, tell us within a few hours of delivery. We will bake and send a replacement, or refund you.
Because everything is baked fresh for you, we cannot take food back once it has been delivered.
